qitoolchain

Small fixes in UI:

• qitoolchain info : display git information
• qitoolchain create: fix using -b instead of --branch
• qitoolchain update: allow using -b,--branch and --feed-name (same as qitoolchain create)

qipy

• Fix setting setting environment in qipy.venv.configure_virtualenv(). This is mostly useful when using the Python API for continuous integration
