Command line

• Perf tests now handle timeouts and failures.
• Put back qibuild create as an alias for qisrc create (no need to break the command line API here)
• Fix using qisrc create when qibuild is installed
• qitoolchain remove-package: also remove data from the filesystem
• qitoolchain import-package: fix CMake module filename and qibuild package name
• qitoolchain convert-package: prepend “r” to the revision number

• Add TIMEOUT argument to qi_create_perf_test
