Remove the possibility to have several manifests in one worktree. (this is harmless because most users only have one manifest anyway), but it also means that the syntax of the snapshots files changed
qisrc manifest command is gone, its API was clumsy, instead use the new qisrc commands, like this:

Hide output of commands when using --quiet
